Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of payment.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing clients. New pricing will apply to subsequent billing periods.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Individual results may vary. We make no guarantees about specific financial outcomes or results from our consultation services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

In no event shall our total liability exceed $5,000 AUD.
